A week in Switzerland

With the patient being taken good care of by the hospital I finally made it to Switzerland.....So great to be back home. And thanks to all of you for your generous hospitality....

I flew into Zuerich and took the train to Lausanne - finally after 5 years I saw my godchild, adopted Sofie as my second godchild and of course had a great time with Nina and Michael. Just far too short!

Nachdem die beiden Patienten in den Spitaelern gut versorgt waren, bin ich in die Schweiz geflogen - endlich!
Von Zuerioch bin ich nach Lausanne mit dem Zug um Nina, Michael und die Kinder zu besuchen. Eine wunderschoene Zeit, einfach nur zu kurz!

It has been ages since I have last been to Lausanne and I almost forgot how beautiful a city it is....

After 2 days I went to Zug to meet Judith and Joseph who have just moved house. We then went to Kuessnacht where I stazed for another 2 nights with Rita and Max.

As every year the Fondue at Rita´s is not to be missed out - Yummiieeee.....
On Rita´s day off we went to Golday to visit the Zoo there, it has been 8 years since I have last been there and many things have changed, been modernised and the Tierpark Goldau is worth a visit!
Wie jedes Jahr darf das Chaes Fondue bei Rita nicht fehlen - soooo fein. An Ritas freiem Tag sind wir dann nach Goldau in den Tierpark gefahren, Unbedingt einen Besuch wert und die Erneuerungen und Umbauten sind sehenswert.

Then I went to Zuerich where Helga, Walti and Luna gave me a very warm welcome and we spent a lovely time together. As everywhere, time was just too short.

Anschliessend ging es dann nach Zuerich, wo Helga und Walti mit Luna mich herzlich willkommen hiessen. Auch hier war die Zeit, wie ueberall zu kurz, aber super schoen.
